Let's be real: your wedding day is a big deal! You have a lot of details to worry about, but your photography shouldn't be one of them. There are no one-size-fits-all approaches here. Every single detail of your photography experience will be customized for you!

Ghosting isn't my style. I'll be there to ensure that all of your questions are answered in a timely manner so that you can focus on what matters most. So, go ahead and ask me all of your questions—big or small. I want to hear from you!

Second Shooter
I will generally bring a second shooter (another trusted professional photographer) with me so that we can maximize our time and ensure that no important moment is missed. I'll ensure that the second shooter has a similar photography style so that your gallery looks effortlessly cohesive. I'll personally review, edit, and curate the second shooter's images to maintain consistency with my brand.

Consultation + Custom Proposal
The consultation is where it all starts! After you contact me about your wedding, we'll set up a date and time to chat over the phone. This is your opportunity to ask questions, learn more about my services, and tell me all about your wedding. After we wrap up, I'll work on sending you a custom proposal with several different photography options tailored to your exact needs.

Booking
Like what you see? Let's get you booked! I aim to make the booking process as easy as possible. For your convenience, I'll send you one email with a link to your contract, invoice, and retainer payment request. I'll also set up your own personal client portal so that all of the information and links are easily accessible. Plus, I'll walk you through the booking process and will be there to answer any questions you may have.

Planning + Timeline Assistance
Once you book your date, I'll create a custom timeline so that no important details are missed. We'll work together to ensure that you get all of the shots you want—and more. Want unique wedding party photos? I've got you. Have a special request? Let me know! I'm here to bring your dreams to life. Once we have the shot list and timeline finalized, I'll go over it with my second shooter (if applicable) to ensure that we're on the same page.

Your Wedding Day
Your big day is here, and trust me, I'm just as excited as you are! During your wedding, I'll bring the fun and energy while still maintaining a professional composure. I'll ensure that everyone at your wedding has an incredible photography experience and that no details are missed. You can count on me to be attentive, helpful, and one step ahead of you throughout the day.

Gallery Delivery
While you're enjoying the first few days of being a married couple, I'll work on getting sneak peeks out to you within 72 hours so that you can share your big day with friends and family. After that, I'll continue to personally review, edit, and curate your gallery until it's completed. As soon as I'm done, your gallery will be uploaded to a secure online portal. You can expect your gallery to be easy to share, simple to navigate, and organized according to your event timeline

Investment
Wedding collections start at $1,600. However, every wedding is as unique as you are, which is why I take the time to learn more about you and your wedding before giving an exact rate.
After we chat, I'll create a custom proposal tailored to your exact needs. Don't worry—there's no pressure to say "yes." I like to make your consultation as stress-free and easy as possible. I'm also very transparent with my prices, so what you see is what you get!
FREE Engagement Session
I offer free engagement sessions when you book a wedding with me (a $325+ value!). This gives us the chance to get to know each other before your big day. Plus, your engagement and wedding albums will look cohesive!

Frequently asked questions
When are you available?
I'm generally only available to shoot weddings on Saturdays and Sundays due to my full-time work schedule. If your wedding is during the week, feel free to reach out and I'll be happy to provide recommendations for other photographers. I may be able to shoot evening events (such as rehearsal dinners) during the week, depending on the time. Feel free to contact me and I'll let you know if I'm available!
are digital pictures included?
Yes! I'm a firm believer that you shouldn't have to pay more to download and enjoy your images. Every wedding collection includes an online gallery of stunning, perfectly curated images that showcase your big day. And the best part is that you can share your gallery with family and friends, so everyone can relive your wedding.
how many photos will i receive?
I generally deliver about 60-70 images per hour of shooting time. So, let's say your wedding is 8 hours long. You would receive at least 480-560 images (but don't be surprised if I deliver more). That way, you'll get a variety of shots that are special to you. When I curate your gallery, I'll make sure to organize your photos so that you can easily find the photos you're looking for.
do i have to buy prints or products?
Nope! Your gallery comes with full printing rights, which means that you'll have the freedom to print your images on your own time, at your own budget. You will never be required to purchase prints, products, or digital images from me. However, I highly recommend that you print your images with a professional print lab to ensure that the colors and quality are accurate. I personally love Nations Photo Lab!
ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Potentially. I'm generally only able to travel on the weekends, which get booked pretty quickly with photoshoots. However, the sooner you reach out, the more likely it is that I'll be available. If you're interested in booking me for a wedding outside of the DFW area, feel free to get in touch.
